KOKOBritish rapper Itch went through a pretty gruesome foot injury over the weekend making him cancel a recent gig in London. The rapper broke three bones in his heel during a balcony jump at his performance at The Jazz Cafe in the U.K. The celebrity now needs foot surgery.

Itch, Jonathan Fox, was due to appear alongside action star Bronson at a nearby nightclub, but instead will be undergoing surgery to repair his foot. The rapper went on Facebook, and posted a picture of himself hanging from the balcony with his bandage foot, “Camden rocks! Hospital sucks,” said Fox.
